Can't see why people like eating under black ceilings with pipes and concrete floors in other restaurants and waiters with tatoos all up their arms.

We had great service at the hostess desk and got a nice booth inside.The place has a nice atmosphere but the service was below average for the standards of this restaurant and our steaks came out cold. We go out enough to know what great service and great steak is. Very disappointed in the overall experience. This was the first time at the restaurant and third time at the Townsend. Not the best in Birmingham that's for sure.January 24, 2017
