  I usually love your guys pizza, but this one time I still have the pizza in my hand. Cold pizza, Not the best looking... and forgot marinara for the bread sticks and forgot a 2 liter coke. Now I usually don't write reviews let alone bad ones but I was looking forward to pizza like people usually should and this just disappointed me. I usually tip really well too.... and I still did this time.

  Pizza is always fast and up to Dominos quality. Catherine, the manager, was very helpful in adjusting a price for an online coupon that was not applied when I ordered. I called back when I got home with my order and she kindly adjusted the total that I was charged. Very good customer service!

  Very friendly polite and helpful over the phone and in store. We really enjoyed our pizzas, although I didn't get the double jalapenos on my pie like i ordered. But in all fairness, i have been known to be a mumbler- but if the order had been repeated back.....
  Too expensive.
  Will most likely return-with coupons!

  ordered pick-up.
  THE STORE forgot to pack our cheese bread. Called about 5 minutes after I left the store to my house number (in their defense, the number I had placed order on). they admitted they forgot and said, "do you want to come back and get it.?" I didn't as the football game had started.
  
  said "can you deliver it?" oh we are really busy, would tke a long time 35-40 minutes. Then started giving me attitude about what to do. Then get place on hold... ok no big deal.
  
  after a few minutes, the phone gets picked up again and I said I was the call on hold who you forgot to pack the chesse bread. I get in reply, ,"well sir, it wasn't ME who forgot to pack it. can you come back and get it?
  
  There's more to the story, but the game is on. Asked for a credit- doubt that will happen.
  
  oh well; gave Dominos another shot after a few years- NO more! EVER. a bunch of other places... call Buddy's
